Hockey SA Awards Night

Hockey SA is pleased to announce that the 2019 Hockey SA Awards Night will be held on Wednesday 18th of September at Adelaide Pavilion, Veale Gardens, Corner South Terrace & Peacock Road, Adelaide SA 5000.

At this prestigious event, five awards nominated by member clubs/associations will be presented along with various other awards.

These awards are:
• Hockey SA Club of the Year (an award open to all member clubs and clubs of member associations)
• Hockey SA Coach of the Year
• Hockey SA Outstanding Service to Hockey
• Hockey SA Regional Association of the Year
• Hockey SA Volunteer of the Year 

Ticket details:

2 course dinner with 4 hour drink package – $95
2 course dinner with soft drinks – $85
Life Members Tickets – $60

This year there will be tables of 12.

The Best of Hockey in South Australia

The annual Hockey SA Awards Night recognises outstanding achievements and services to hockey within South Australia from individuals, clubs and regional associations. The hockey community will come together to celebrate the best of hockey in SA, including the Premier League Best & Fairest round count.

This award is given to recognise excellence in voluntary service and is intended to enhance awareness and appreciation of the quality and depth of voluntary service in the hockey community.

Outstanding Service to Hockey

This award acknowledges an individual who has made an outstanding and enduring contribution to the development, promotion, management and administration of hockey in South Australia over an extended period of time no less than 5 years.

Club of the Year

This award acknowledges a metropolitan or regional club that has excelled over a twelve month period by encouraging more people to take part in hockey, setting standards to which other clubs aspire and demonstrating a proven track record in working with schools, local authorities and other community organisations.

Regional Association of the Year
